Over 250 gardeners across the USA received 3 Heirloom Collard Project varieties out of 20 to do a large participatory trial. USP was one of 8 sites that grew all 20 varieties!

We worked with Culinary Breeding Network and HCP collaborators to host a whole week of virtual programming - education, celebration, history, growing, seed saving, and some collard cocktails!
